Suvarna Setu is a mobile app platform under which the jewellers brand will be available in both Android and iOS versions. The app has been designed in a unique manner, featuring revenue-enhancing capabilities, especially considering the current challenges faced by family jewellers.

1.Customer Profile:


A Jeweller can invite customers to download the showroom’s mobile application through SMS, Email or WhatsApp campaigns or help them personally when they come to the showroom. Each user will have their separate login using a unique mobile number and OTP.

2. Attractive Home Page:


The first page of the App i.e. the homepage will display the jewellers brand name prominently along with other banners and features. A jeweller can place attractive digital banners of the best design collection as per the requirement on the home page. There will be a facility to upload multiple digital banners of (without the support of Dsoft Infotech Pvt Ltd) on the App using the Business panel of Suvarna Setu platform for the promotion of any marketing campaigns. By creating App banners, jewellers can promote special products on special occasions, seasonal sales, festival offers etc. on the App to attract customers.
There are various other features on the main page like Daily Gold & Silver Rates, options for digital gold buying/selling/leasing within the App, investing in the gold schemes, display of catalogue collection, offers, gallery images, social media handles and more. Banners and some of the options of the home page will be customizable based on the setup created through the business panel.

3. Everyday Gold Rate:


Daily gold rate will be displayed on the homepage of the App for customers’ awareness and decision making for buy or sale. A jeweller can update the Gold Rate in the App from the business panel.

4. Digital Gold:


This feature will help the customers of a jeweller to buy/sell/lease/redeem digital gold transactions within the App. Before availing the services, the customer shall complete the registration process as directed in the App. The customer can follow the instructions given on the platform for opening a Digital Gold Account of a jeweller’s App. It will provide the facility to collect relevant information and documents from the customer for e-KYC purposes.

5. Gold Scheme / SIP:


There is an exclusive feature in the App to offer a fully customized gold scheme as per the business policy of a jeweller within the available options on Suvarna Setu platform. A jeweller can provide flexibility to the customers to make the gold scheme payments – as per their convenience. Each Gold scheme will be given a unique account number for smooth management. Installment due date reminder will be provided via notifications. Customers will be able to check their gold scheme transactions and periodic statement of the same within the App using their scheme/SIP account number.

6. Showroom E-Gift Cards:


Using this feature, a jeweller can distribute the showroom brand’s E-Gift Cards so that the end customers can give gifts to their family and friends. Such gift cards can be redeemed using e-code and OTP by the user within its validity period. This option can be explored for corporate or personal gifting and thereby attracting new customers.

7. Book My Gold:


This feature will help the customers of a jeweller to fix the rate of 22KT/18KT gold for their future purchase of jewellery. With this feature, customers of a jeweller will be able to book gold at the prevailing rate by paying advance money digitally. Thus, customers will have flexibility to make the payment as per their convenience and/or when they find price attractive to book the gold. Before availing the services, the customer shall complete the registration process as may be prescribed in the App. The App will provide the facility to collect relevant information and documents from the customer for e-KYC purposes.

8. Catalogue:


Suvarna Setu will provide jewellers the facility to showcase their jewellery design collections for all categories via the digital catalogue in the App. A jeweller can add/remove products to make the digital catalogue more attractive for customers using the business panel provided by platform. Up to 10,000 images occupying a maximum of 2.5 GB can be uploaded in the catalogue section.

This feature can be accessed by the app users (your customers) to watch your YouTube videos (you can upload your YouTube videos of the Live FB sessions or others in this section from the Business Panel).

10. Contact Us Section:


This section on the Home Page will allow your customers to check your various social media platforms like FB, Insta, etc. or also call you or WhatsApp your business directly from the app.

11. Freedeem Deals:


This will be the exclusivity of your App wherein the end customers can take benefit of attractive offers & discounts at over 500+ national brands (available across country) & locally popular brands in various non-jewellery categories (available in select locations).
